Return Policy

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from www.hcgdietdrops4u.com, simply return the unopened product(s) to us within 48 hours of receiving and we will credit your account for the full amount less a 15% restocking fee. (15% restocking fee is calculated from the total of your purchase)

What To Do If The Package is Damaged?

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, retain the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at info@hcgdietdrops4u.com . We will work to replace your products as soon as possible.

Instructions for Returns:

In order to return a product, you will need to contact us by e-mailing us at info@hcgdietdrops4u.com or by e-mailing us a message through the contact page on the website. Please be sure to include your full name, order number, and purchase amount.
Please Note: All products received without prior contact will not be accepted.

Once we have received the products back we will issue the credit and e-mail you confirmation of when the credit was issued. When we issue a credit it takes 3-5 business days to reflect on your credit/debit card.
